It is with great pleasure that the Canton of Salesberie Glen, in the Barony of Sacred Stone, invites the esteemed populace of Atlantia to the Twelfth Night celebrations of Their Royal Majesties, Logan Ebonwoulfe and Rowan Berran McDowell. 

Come help us to celebrate the holiday season at the aptly named Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center in Salisbury, North Carolina. 

Dance the chill of evening away at our masked ball, view the wonders produced by Atlantia's skilled artisans, cheer on those gentles who would strive to be our Kingdom's next Royal Bard, or simply come to spend the day in fun and in friendship. 

Arts & Sciences Activities: Mistress Jeanmaire Doremy will be the A&S coordinator for the day's competitions and displays. If you are interested in sponsoring a competition or displaying your art, please contact Mistress Jeanmaire at jremes at carolina.rr.com . 

Mistress Jeanmaire will also be sponsoring a competition for best masque (to be used in the masked ball that evening) . For more information please contact jremes at carolina.rr.com

Cost Notes: There is a block of sleeping rooms under the name "SCA" at the rate of $69.99 per night. 40 rooms with King size beds & 60 rooms with two double beds. Some smoking rooms. Rooms will be held until December 15th. Please reserve early.

Site Restrictions: Alcohol and outside Food must be contained to sleeping rooms or Hospitality Suite. ABSOLUTELY no visible containers. Smoking restricted to designated areas. 


Feast: While there is no formal Feast planned for this event, do not despair for an onsite restaurant will be available to all with a lunch buffet scheduled from 11am-2pm and a dinner buffet from 5pm-7pm (times may vary). Each meal (which includes beverage and dessert) is at a cost of $10.00 per person which includes all taxes and gratuities. $6.50 for children ages 4-11 and children under 3 are guests of the canton. Menus will be provided under separate cover. Here will be an all day Hospitality Room with light fare and beverages provided by the Canton of Salesberie Glen.
