Why yes ... we regularly have attacks in this area.   Spys from
AEthelmearc regularly show up and infiltrate Highland Foorde (Especially
at Highland River Melees) ...

And there seems to be some contention over who owns the orchards in the
Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
