The Awards Recommendation site is maintained by Meister Gruffudd, not
Herr Otto, and falls under the Kingdom Web Minister's office. I have
forwarded this message to Gruffudd, so hopefully the issue will be
resolved shortly.
The site is safe to use, so please continue to submit your recommendations!
