Ok, everyone, this is me, the event steward sending out one  last invitation 
before finding my bed for the night.
 
Sacred Stone's Baronial Birthday will happen starting tomorrow. Information

A few things of note that are not on the Web site:
 
Feast is sold out. A waiting list is being maintained. If you are on-board  
and you find you will not be staying for feast, please let someone on staff 
know  so your seat can be filled by another. Open seats will be made available 
about  4, after gate closes and status can be determined.
 
There can be NO GROUND FIRES. Only contained fires with screens of some  
sort, please.
 
Dunstan's Elevation will happen after the Friday evening Bardic which  begins 
about 8 pm.
 
Elphin ap Daffydd will be playing his White Scarf Prize at 11 on the Rapier  
lists . . . followed by a Yellow Scarf Prize.
 
Louise and Wulfram will be elevated during evening court on Saturday.
 
Newcomers' Point will have Gold Key garb for new folks.
 
Aire Faucon is hosting a Hospitality Tent from about 8:30 am till Noon or  
when the food and coffee run out on Saturday morning. The Hospitality Tent is  
located at the Well Head close to Gate.
 
There will be a Populace Tea at 2 pm in the hospitality tent with light  
refreshments and drink.
 
Children and Youth activities will be located in front of the farm  house.
