I simply wished to make a singular point ...

I have been asked to sit at high table on a number of occasions.

On those occasions where I have been asked to do so, and had not
originally planned on staying for feast, and therefore had not registered.

I have made it my first priority upon finding that out, to find Troll,
and/or the Autocrat, and to pay for my space at the table (as well as
that of my lady and son, if they have been so also honored).

I never would have thought to have done otherwise, as it would have
seemed less than honorable.

I would encourage others, if they can afford to, to do likewise.
