[MR] seamstresses wanted for simple sewing project

Greetings unto all of you who like to sew or would want to help out
the Kingdom of Atlantia.

I have a sewing project that I would like to complete by the War of
the Wings event in October this year.

This project is for the Atlantian Cavalry and involves making banners
and pennants for our jousting barrier and list field walls in
Atlantian blue and white. We could also use some new barding and
ground attendant tabbards to outfit the Royals for mounted
processionals, particularly at Gulf Wars and other Kingdom events. (We
have some, but not enough and some of it is wearing out and needs to
be replaced).

The banners and pennants are simple rectangles in blue and white with
some way to loop the top over the rope and then secure it (like
velcro, snaps, safety pins - something easy to do and undo and that
will not show on the outside of the banner).

The tabbards and barding are a bit more involved, but still not very
difficult to make.
