Please remember that unless the wording of the financial policy  specifically 
prohibits comps (Only these may be comped, or Exactly these may be  comped), 
the Financial Committee has the option to approve the additional  expenditure 
as long as it is spelled out in the Budget for the event along with  the 
reasoning/justification.
