I would like to add that having made a visit to the first aid point
this year to get a bandaid for a blister (stupid rain - I'd have been
fine had my feet not been wet) that things were handled very well.
They got the EMS folks to look at my blister to make sure that it
wasn't an infection, snakebite, or some other horrible ailment, and
EMS cheerfully turned me over to the chirurgeons. I was assisted by a
pleasant young man (in training) who offered to wash my feet for me (I
turned him down out of sheer embarassment of having to be at first aid
point during midnight madness to begin with ) who promptly got me
bandaged and taped up and sent me on my way.

All in all, as a health care worker myself, I was pleased with the
experience. There were several CITs on duty with multiple warranted
chirurgeons, and they all seemed happy.
