[MR] Youth rapier in Atlantia

Greetings!

I have gotten a couple of questions regarding youth rapier, so I thought I 
would address them on this list.  (Please feel free to forward.)

If you have received your copy of the May Acorn, then you will see the 
youth rapier rules for Atlantia.  Lady Catalina dell Acqua and Baron 
Alejandro put in a tremendous amount of work to draft these rules.  This 
was a huge undertaking and both of them were extremely patient with my 
questions!  While I am sure there will be a certain amount of "growing 
pains", I am confident that any issues will be quickly addressed. 

Youth rapier will be run by Lady Catalina, reporting into the Deputy for 
Youth Combat.  She is currently training her first set or youth rapier 
marshals, so youth rapier will be offered at events and practices in the 
near future. 

The Atlantian youth yahoogroup exists so that parents can ask questions 
about armor etc, find out where & when youth combat is happening, and 
provide feedback to the marshallate.  I would encourage parents and 
marshals to join.  For now, this list will address issues pertaining to 
both youth armored and youth rapier.  The address is:
