Unto Lucius Aurelius Valharic and Arielle the Golden, Imperator and Imperatrix of Atlantia; as well as the Populace of Atlantia does Seigneur Lucien de La Rochelle, St. Georges Cornet send greetings and wishes of well-being to all.

Here-in do I report the business that Their Majesties did conduct at Tournament of Chivalry on 21 April, A.S. XLI, being the 2001 in the Gregorian calendar.

Upon opening Court, Their Majesties did invite, with open arms, the Baron and Baroness of Nottinghill Coill to join Them and bid Their Excellencies to conduct any business they wished to attend to.

Upon the conclusion of Their Excellencies final Court, did Their Majesties accept, with sadness, Baron William Welwyn and Baroness Julian Hungerford's resignation from the Offices of the Baronage of Nottinghill Coill.

Before allowing Lord William and Lady Julian to retire from Court, Their Majesties did summon members of House Argent Quill into Court to present them with banners, bearing the devices of Lord William and Lady Julian.

Their Majesties then conferred upon William and Julian the titles, ranks and privileges of Court Baron and Court Baroness of the Kingdom of Atlantia.

Their Majesties, not wishing to leave the Barony of Nottinghill Coill without leadership, did summon before them Lord Talun mac Dubhagain and Lady Elizabeth Canynges the Ravenhaired and accepted their oaths of Fealty. Their Majesties did find truth and honor in their words and with joy bequeathed upon them the rank, duties and privileges in becoming Their representatives as the Baron and Baroness of Nottinghill Coill.

Their Majesties did bid the new Baronage to conduct Baronial Court as they desired.

Welcoming them and gifting them with documents in remembrance of their experience that day, Their Majesties did summon those for which it was their first event,

Her Majesty, finding pleasure in the works of M'lord Wayne and M'lord Daren did bestow Her personal token upon them and thanked them for their efforts on that day.

With smiles bright, Their Majesties invited the children present to come into Court, thanking them for the joy they brought that day, Their Majesties did gift toys to those who are the future of Atlantia.

The Autocrats were summoned forth to announce the winners of competitions held and gift them with prizes.

Her Majesty then called forth those Ladies who had chosen non-belted fighters to receive and bear garters earned with courtesy, skill and chivalry upon the fighting field that day.

Their Majesties did summon before them Christoph Jean-Claude DeLeon. M'lord Christoph, not being present due to serving in the forces of King George II of the United States, was represented by Lord Tor Olafson. Their Majesties, finding good in Christoph's works did confer in-absentia nobility with an Award of Arms.

Upon Sayyid Afshin Darius did Their Majesties bestow the Order of the Quintain (Premier) for his work as the Kingdom Equestrian Champion and his works with the Equestrian community.

Finding favor with his skills upon the fighting field, Their Majesties did confer upon Drew of Seareach the Award of the Silver Osprey, thereby raising him to the ranks of nobility

Lady Masina de Corvaria, earning the pleasure of Their Majesties for her works, did receive an Award of the Opal.

Lord Philip ap Griffith, having garnered favor of Their Majesties with his skill upon the fields of honor, was inducted into the Order of the Kraken.

Their Majesties, having long found joy in her works, did raise Elsbeth Magdalena Drachenfels to a Baroness of the Court of Atlantia.

A representative of the Temple, did seek audience with Their Majesties and received such. With Royal permission did he call upon those who would take up the Cross and sally forth to meet and do battle with those who would oppose them in the disputed lands. His call being answered, did he thank Their Majesties and retire from Court.

Having no further business to conduct, Their Majesties did close Court.
Being a true account of the business that was conducted on 21 April, A.S. XLI.

Your servant,
Seigneur Lucien de La Rochelle
Cornet, St. Georges
