How would something like this be for an A&S challenge?

I'd envision it like a more advanced and longer term sheep to shawl
challenge.  To me it would be wonderful to put together the period outfit
focusing on clothing and  accessories  of one time period and using
techniques from any time and place in period.

After several years of experience I could envision a group matching their
construction techniques to their era and location.

An extremely experienced group might be able to first create all their
tools using period techniques as well.
