It pleases me to congratulate Atlantia's newest Laurel, Master Asim,
and newest Pelican, Countess (Mistress) Denise Duvalier, elevated at
Coronation earlier today.  Both are fine people, well deserved, and
both ceremonies were fantastic!

I had the great fortune to be present when Countess Denise was swooped
upon and placed on vigil, and I must say that I enjoyed the privelege
of seeing such a special moment immensely.

Vivats to both, and to all the others who were awarded various awards
and titles.
