[MR] Hotel space for Crown Tourney ?

My Lady Wife, Baroness Catherine, has been searching among the hostelries identified in the Crown Tourney website and has come up empty.
 
Or rather, not empty. 
 
All of the hotels have responded to her inquiries with "No Vacancy."
 
By chance, has a block of rooms been set aside in one or more hotels, for the SCA or Crown Tourney, that would show up as occupied or reserved without knowing the key words?
 
And what in the world has got the hotels so solidly booked?  Is UVA's Commencement that weekend?
