[MR] TOC clarification

I am Lady Garwen verch Hywel and I am the deputy senschal of Brockshire 
Abbey. We are the new group forming in the eastern lands of the Barony of 
Nottinghill Coill. I felt that I needed to post a clarification on some 
comments made by His Grace, Duke Logan. His Grace stated in his post,  
"thank goodness this brand new canton stepped up and hosted us at the site 
they got charged too much for.  good thing we had a toc." First, the 
paperwork has been submitted to Kingdom, but we have not achieved the status 
of a "canton" at this time. Second, we cannot take the credit for TOC. 
Cyddlain Downs was the host group for the event. Brockshire Abbey members 
simply volunteered our services to Cyddlain Downs to help them make TOC a 
success. Cyddlain Downs members have be a huge help in getting Brockshire 
Abbey off the ground and we thought we should return the favor.  And we had 
a GREAT time doing it!!!
