[MR] Inquiry After SCA Vendor: Mystic Caravan

Greetings gentle cousins,

Has anyone heard from our friends at Mystic Caravan, in Virginia?
Their website is still taking orders; I made an order, paid, over a
month ago, and have heard nothing.  Every e-mail I send them comes
back with an automated reply talking about family difficulties and
stuff--but no one ever gets back to me.  Family difficulties I get...
but a) I'd like to have the stuff I ordered, and b) I'm worried about
them because they've always been prompt before.

If anyone knows more about what's up, please let me know offline?  Many thanks!
