[MR] New ONLINE reporting tool - Heralds

For any of you stragglers who haven't sent in your quarterly heralds report yet, we have a new online reporting tool you can try out!  Go to http://herald.atlantia.sca.org/reports and give it a whirl!  

When you hit "submit report", the report is automatically sent to my inbox, and you will see a screen of your completed report.  At the bottom, an option to print a copy for your own files.  I _highly_, strongly, emphatically recommend printing out a hard copy for your files.

I want to praise and thank Lord Talorgen for producing this nifty new toy and with such expedience!  Woo-Hoo!
