The winds of war once again trouble the western marches of fair  
Atlantia!

This past fall, the armies of Windmasters' Hill challenged those of  
Sacred Stone for the territory of Elchenburg and the right to fly  
their own battle standard from the fortified castle there.  Sacred  
Stone was victorious in War of the Wings I and the Baronies parted in  
friendship - as is only proper amongst  Royal Cousins in our fair  
Kingdom.

Angus and Nastasiia, Baron and Baroness of Black Diamond, did attend  
WoWI as allies of Marc and Alianor, Baron et Baronne of Sacred  
Stone.  Upon their return home, they did regale their daughter  
Samantha with tales of the glory of that war and that fine castle and  
of the massive clash of wings when the two mighty armies did meet.

Half a year has passed, and gentle Samantha has convinced her father  
that he should fight to get her a pair of wings.  Angus and Nastasiia  
have declared war upon their southern neighbors, seeking not only the  
right to fly the Black Diamond standard from the Elchenburg castle,  
but to gain a set of wings for their daughter.

Upon hearing of this declaration, Marc and Alianor declared that  
Spike should be the only battle standard besides the Phoenix to fly  
from Elchenburg's walls.  Alianor was heard to disclaim the attempt  
to steal her Phoenix's wings as barbaric.

Both Baronies are gathering their allies and shall meet upon the  
fields of Elchenburg on October 12-14, 2007 to resolve this  
conflict.  Site fee is a mere $10 for adults.  Children under 17 are  
guests of the Barony of Sacred Stone.  Further information may be
