I do not believe I saw this reported, however, the Triskele Herald has just informed me that our own Baroness Rowan Berran McDowell and Master Chirhart Blackstar were given the Order of the Emerald Seas by Her Royal Majesty Trimaris at Gulf Wars.  The Order of the Emerald Seas is given for personal service to the Queen, much like our Queen's Undine.
