[MR] Coronation Court Report

Here begins the report of the second court of Lucius Aurelius Valharic 
and Arielle the Golden, King and Queen of Atlantia, upon Their 
Coronation Day, the seventh day of April A.S. XLI (2007).  Court was 
held in the Barony of Sacred Stone.  The business of the court follows.

Sir Marc d'Aubigny and Maîtresse Alianor atte Red Swanne, Baron and 
Baroness of Sacred Stone were bidden to attend Their Majesties.  Their 
Majesties then warmly welcomed Their Royal Highnesses of the Midrealm, 
Dag and Anne Marie, into court.  Their Highnesses presented gifts to 
Their Majesties: tasty delicacies, small luxuries, and a finely painted 
cover for His Majesty’s shield.  King Valharic spoke of the long 
friendship between Prince Dag and Himself.

Their Majesties then commanded the appearance of the Olympian gods.  He 
thanked them for the pains they had taken providing an entertaining 
quest for the populace that day.  The gods then gifted Their Majesties 
with a new Atlantian sword of state.

Thereafter, the following business was conducted.

Their Majesties were presented with a fine book containing the arms of 
the Kings and Queens of Atlantia.

Their majesties bestowed gifts upon the children of our kingdom and 
recieved from the children the gift of a fine chest inscribed with the 
word SPES (hope).

Newcomers to our society were then welcomed by Their Majesties.

Jasmine McKlinchey was called into the Royal Presence but could not be 
found within the hall, so one of her friends hurried to fetch her.  In 
the intervening time, Dame Anne Lecouer and her staff announced the 
winners of the day’s competitions.  Their Majesties, well pleased with 
the labors of Dame Anne rewarded her as follows.
