no disagreement from me herveus.  i was simply answering the question that
was asked.  im sure all opportunities for alternatives will be looked into
and addressed unlike the standard practice of the current sem's office.

It's not unreasonable to suggest and discuss alternatives. Given that
the BoD has not yet acted on this, it's fair to contemplate the matter
so that one can offer them comments and suggestions. 

It's not yet a done deal, at least, not officially.
