please take a moment to read the soc seneschals letter. it clearly states
that there will be one company contracted to do the checks and other
background checks will not be considered.

Oh, that's simple. A recent paystub will prove that they work in a
daycare or school. And if I remember the laws properly, everyone who
works in an education environment, at least, must have a background check.
When I worked in education, I also received copies of the background
checks that were performed on me. That's something that could be
submitted in lieu of the Kingdom or Society doing a new one, if it falls
within the two year time limit.
