Mistress Rhiannon,

Your post initiated a quick cruise of the OP and I was pleasantly startled
to see my husband's device (in full color no less!) on his award listing.
The gentleman who created the image was William Castille, and it was done
exactly as my husband draws it himself.  I wanted to thank all those who
were working on digitizing these images as part of the Kingdom Roll of Arms
Project *and* to the Clerk of Precedence, how thrilling to see something we
have designed ourselves posted in the OP in full color.
