[MR] background checks and chicken little

Oh, that's simple. A recent paystub will prove that they work in a
daycare or school. And if I remember the laws properly, everyone who
works in an education environment, at least, must have a background check.

When I worked in education, I also received copies of the background
checks that were performed on me. That's something that could be
submitted in lieu of the Kingdom or Society doing a new one, if it falls
within the two year time limit.

My two cents.

Someone (apologies for not recalling who and for posting this counterargument without giving them credit) mentioned security clearances...I have one, but don't carry a copy around with me or care to show people I barely know what my clearance is.
