This is what I found about implicit destinations:
Implicit destination means that the email address of your list was not in the to: or cc: header of the post. Not including the address of the list in a message is a common technique used by spammers, who will bcc: addresses or otherwise forge email headers to disguise their origin. This message can also occur if your list is subscribed to another list (this is known as an umbrella list or a nested list.)
