The link below includes some information on "implicit destination".  From my reading of the topic, it seems to suggest that you might of had atlantia at atlantia.sca.org in the BCC line rather than the TO or CC line.

Because the BCC field is often used by mass mailers, many list admins restrict posting to mailing lists to incoming emails that include the list address in the CC or TO field.  Any mail that is sent BCC is held until the administrator explicitly approves the message.

What is an implicit destination?  Every time I try to ask something I
consider _important_ it gets pended until a moderator can approve it
because it contains an "implicit destination".

Very frustrating.  Any one who causes people to learn music that might
help, please email me off-list?  I think that a certain word starting
with T triggered it.
