[MR] Crown Tourney Entrants-REMINDER

Greetings from the Kingdom Seneschal, Fiona MacLeod!

A gentle reminder for those looking to fight the Spring Crown Tournament:
Letters are due no later than April 15th!
Letters should include: Fighter and Consort SCA names, legal names, contact
information, membership number and expiration date. This should be sent to
Their Majesties and the Kingdom Seneschal.

By Royal Decree, all participants must be armigerous, and must have at least
the registration of their arms in process. If you do not have your arms
submitted, do so now-do not wait until Crown day!
By Royal Decree, all participants and consorts must bring an A&S entry with
documentation. You don't neccessarily have to enter a specific competition,
but you must display!

For the autocrat, please email a line drawing of your heraldry for inclusion
into the event program. If you do not already have a shield for the shield
tree, you may also be contacted for a color drawing of your heraldry.

So, get those letters and heraldy submissions in and see you in May!
