[MR] Guide to event site contracts now available

Greetings from the Kingdom Seneschal!

Society has sent us a short guide to reading and understanding site
contracts, which is really useful. It includes things that the SCA cannot
agree to in site contracts, and suggestions on things to look out for.
I have sent it out to the branch seneschals, but it is also posted on the
atlantian web site.
