[MR] Oak Deadline for first Issue 2007

We all know the kingdom webmaster position is changing
hands.  Our chronicler tells me that should be done in
the next couple of weeks.  After talking about
strategy I have decided to revise my timeline for the
next Oak issue.  Even though this issue is currently
done, I will wait and publish towards the end of April
with the new webmaster.  However if there are any
problems with the changeover I will publish with an
alternative plan by the end of April regardless.  

My biggest mistake last year was waiting too long on
authors to produce promised articles.  This was very
unfair to those that did produce.  From now on I might
hold off publication for a couple of weeks but I won’t
postpone publication for several months the way I did
last year.

This is an opportunity for those that wanted their
articles published in this year’s first issue.  You
have about one more week to get articles to me.

Getting your knowledge published is important.  It
benefits you and the kingdom.  It increases the
credibility of your opinions while sharing your
knowledge with the rest of us.

Thanks very much for your patience.  It's been a huge
learning curve but I think I'm getting there!
