Judging forms aside, if you want comments, leave a way for people to do so.
When I put in an entry or display, I leave index cards and pens with my
entry; so ANYONE, not just judges can leave me a comment.

I find it rather annoying when no comments are left, yet there is general
commentary that everyone's docs aren't up to par.  If you're going to say
such a thing, then you should take the time to leave feedback.
