[MR] New Kingdom Web Minister

Greetings from Lord Otto von Schwyz, Kingdom Chronicler.

As some of you are aware that I have been looking for a new Kingdom Web
Minister.  I had some very talented people apply for the position and
with counsel from the Crown and Meistr Gruffudd ap Cadfael, the out
going web minister, we came to a result.  I would like to introduce
Signora Cassandra Arabella Giordani from the Barony of Ponte Alto as the
Kingdom's new Web Minister.  Please extend Cassandra any help that she
will need in updating the web sites and with up coming projects.

At this time I want to publicly say thank you to Meistr Gruffudd for the
fine work during the years of service as the web minister.  He has made
the job for Great Officers easier by his skills.  Two such projects are
the online quarterly reports and SPIKE.  Without either of these two
tools would have made our jobs more difficult.  Thank you again and good
luck with the new member of your family.
