[MR] Question for Feastocrats

I have a question concerning rice.  Could some of our lovely  feastocrats 
email me off list with a suggestion on how many pounds of rice to  cook to feed 
100 people?  It will ultimately end up chicken bog but right  now we have no 
clue how much rice to begin with as it was sprung on us just  yesterday and is 
needed this Saturday.
 
Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you for your time.
