  I had the pleasure of working about 3 hours in the Kitchen in the preparation of this feast under the direction of Lady Magdalena.

  Assisting in the preparation of feasts for large crowds is not new to me and I would like to state that working in the kitchen with Lady Magdalena was a 'cooking pleasure' unmatched by most.

  The atmosphere in the kitchen was pleasant, enjoyable and very calm in the midst of such a complex menu and meal. A very rare occurrence indeed!

  I would appreciate your relaying this note to the laurel of Lady Magdalena. It was a grand feast, the best I have had since I joined the SCA in January 2006.
