Best Live Performance

Competition will be held Friday Night, 9 p.m. and Saturday afternoon, noon –
3:00 in the rustic setting of the Pigboy Pavilion near the Farmhouse.

The Performing Arts Competition offers you and yours a 10 minute slot to wow
the War Crowds!  Write down most excellent words about whence your muse (and
music) comes, take one of those minutes to tell the crowd why your piece is
worthy of their attention...then you have 9 minutes to perform your piece,
be it dance, music, story, whatever.  If you can display it in front of an
audience, bring it!

Acts are asked to:
1. Provide written documentation; feel free to use the Atlantian A&S
guidelines (http://moas.atlantia.sca.org/jd_codes.htm) for help,
2. Give an up-to-one-minute verbal/visual introduction to their act, just
before their performance, and
3. To keep their performances to less than 10 minutes, total.

Contact Sayid Asim (asim at mindspring.com)  at least 2 weeks prior to the
Event if you are a Performer, and have special needs (specific timeslot,
location, etc.).  Since this is a site with few amenities (limited water
sources, electricity, etc.), prepare to present in a VERY period style!
