For all those who are coming to the Stokes Stomp:

Stokes Stomp: Festival on the Dan
Saturday September 16th, 2006
Moratock Park near Danbury, NC

First off, Directions:

Please visit this link! It is a much better resource for directions
than I am...I would get you lost.

Once you get there, we will be near the playground on the other side of the
bridge from the vendors.

Secondly, Times:
We need to be set up by 8:30 Saturday morning. After that all vehicle
access to the setup area will be closed. Anyone involved with setup
needs to be there by 8am. Anyone else attending can come whenever you
can get there.
We will not be attending on Sunday.

Finally, Parking:
In previous years, parking has always been free and should be so this
year as well. The parking area is not far from the festival; however,
it might still be a good idea to have a wagon to cart armor or heavy
items.

I'd like to thank in advance everyone who has already volunteered to
come and help! Some of you are traveling pretty far and we greatly
appreciate your time and support.

I'd also like to encourage anyone else who has time to spare to come
and fight heavy, show off your rapier or achery stuff, show off your garb,
show off you A&S or
just come and enjoy the festival!
