Come celebrate the bounty of the Harvest and the coming of winter at All
Hallows XXVI. There will be two A&S events - the Best Headgear for your
Persona, be it hat, wimple and veil, or helm; any appropriate head covering.
There will also be a display of your most current Work in Progress, so we
can all see what wonderful things are being made in Faire Atlantia. PLEASE
have your A&S entry in by 1 p.m. We plan to have a Consult table during the
day, as well. After Feast there will be our well known Bardic Competition,
so practice your song, poem, or story to share! 

Cost: Adult, Member: $12.00 Day-Trip $ 5.00 Camping 
Adult, Non-Member: $15.00 Day-Trip $ 5.00 Camping 
Child (6-17): $ 8.00 Day-Trip $ 5.00 Camping 
Child (0-5): $ 0.00 Day-Trip $ 0.00 Camping 

Cost Notes: Camping fees are $5 for the weekend per person for 1 or 2
people. Those with 3 or more camping will pay a total of $10 per family to
camp. For the day at the Feast Hall are $12 per adult, $8 for youths 6-17.
Adult non members, add $3.Those under 6 are guests of the Shire. The only
Reservation is a paid reservation! The cook appreciates knowing how many to
prepare for. REMEMBER - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH YOU,
YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE NON-MEMBER FEE Please send reservations to the
Autocrat, and make checks payable to the Shire of Berley Cort, SCA Inc. 

Site: YES, we have TWO sites this year! Primitive camping at the Hancock
Farm, 14583 Cottage Hill Road, Sedley, Va. 23878 The camp site is discretely
wet. NO pets. Be sure to bring your own water, etc. - remember, this is a
primitive camp. This site opens at 5 p.m. on Friday, the 27th, and closes at
Noon on Sunday, the 29th. The Festivities for Saturday, the 28th of October,
will take place at The Municipal Hall , at 8430 Bell Avenue, Ivor, Va. This
site is DRY, and NO pets. This site opens at 9 a.m. on Saturday, and closes
at 9 p.m. that evening. 

Feast: Lunch is provided, and Lady Daegin will once again serve up one of
her famous feasts for your enjoyment. Lunch will be soup, bread and cheese.

Directions: 
* - directions to Camp site and @ - directions to Feast Hall. EVERYONE will
go to Ivor, and turn at the stoplight there.
@ - once you cross the railroad tracks, go two blocks, and turn right onto
Bell Ave. Go past the brick Church on the left, then go by the ball field.
Parking is between the ball field and the Municipal Building, where we will
be.
>From Norfolk: Take 264 to 58 in Suffolk. Take the Petersburg exit to 460
West. Go through Windsor and Zuni to Ivor, where you take a left and follow
directions at *
>From Newport News/Hampton: Take the James River Bridge to Smithfield, and
258 South to Windsor. At the 258/460 Junction, turn right onto 460 West, go
through Zuni to Ivor where you take a left and follow directions at *
>From Williamsburg: Take the Scotland Ferry to Surrey, Va. and go South to
Wakefield, Va. Take a left at the light on 460 East, and a right at the
light in Ivor and follow directions at *
>From Petersburg: Come into Ivor on 460 East, turn right at the light, and
follow directions at *

*That puts you on Rt. 616 - go 5 miles, through Berlin, and take the first
left after you pass the new Nottoway Elementary School on your left, onto
Cottage Hill Road, which is Rt. 641. Go 2 miles and turn down the dirt road
on the left - there will be signs. Follow the path all the way to the back
field. All others (i.e. from the South) contact the Autocrat (Lady Herridr)
for appropriate directions.
