YOU may never have been kept awake at an event by dogs.  That CERTAINLY 
doesn't mean that others haven't been; late night setup/banging 
around/merrymaking is beside the point.  I, too, remeber the dog at Sapphire 
who JUST WOULDN'T SHUT UP...he/she/it kept more than one person up all 
night.
