[MR] 12th Night date/location?

Does anyone know the date and location for 12th Night this year?  I think
the last I heard there was a bid and an announcement was actually going to
be made.  I'm trying to plan my January as well as trying to figure out if
12th Night is close enough for me to need "fancy garb".
