[MR] War of the Wings Marshal Request

Greetings to the Tavern,

As some of you might know I'm marshal in charge at the first annual War of 
the Wings.  I just wanted to say I'm excieted about the war and think that 
we will all have a great time.  I do however have a request of all marshals 
attending the war.  If everyone agrees to volunteer for at least one battle 
we will have not only a glorious contest of arms between two great Atlantian 
Baronies.  But a safe one too.
