Greetings Good Gentiles!
I have had several people ask me for the menu for Celtic Cattle Raids.
First Course: Vegetable Soup w/ Lentils, Rye Bread w/ Butter and a Garlic & Herb Cheese.
Second Course: Slow Roasted Pork, Cooked Apples w/ Raisins-n-Honey, Spinach in Cheese Sauce.
Third Course: Herb Roasted Chicken, Cabbage-n-Leeks, Cooked Barley.
Dessert: Pear & Berry Tarts.
