[MR] Polearms at Kingdom Crusades, question

The East Kingdom, as well as any other fighters including Atlantians, may use unpadded polearms at Kingdom Crusades this year.  I hope this ends any speculation on the matter.

Are the forces of the East allowed to use unpadded polearms again this year, and if so, will there be a special exception to the padded polearm regs for Atlantians as there was last year?

There is no information on the Crusades website with the specifics.
