[MR] Yeah, dogs again

 As a dog owner and a camper from Sapphire Joust I have to speak up.

My family was two sites away from the "never-ending barking". Our whole
group spend Saturday morning in a daze due to lack of sleep from the over
night noise-fest, and Sunday morning wasn't much better.
We had our dog with us at the event and I can honestly say that more than
one person in our camp forgot that he was there because he was so quiet.
I am not trying to say that my dog is an angel and all other are little
devils,but I really hate the idea of having to camp away from my friends
because of a few bad apples.
byw- the bad apples are not the dogs themselves I don't blame the animal for
how it reacts to a strange situation but I do think that the responsiblity
for the distubance lies with the owner.
