[MR] Dogs at events

I don't think the AKC Good Citizen ertification is necessary; but I'm
wondering if it might not be a bad idea to ask that those intending to
bring dogs to events attend a class (taught at University or at
events). Those who take the class are given a small medallion for
their dogs collar. That at least signifies that the owner should know
what is required to bring a dog to an event and have them be a good
"camper".
Just a thought.
