Static A&S:  Documentation required to compete.  No absentee entries
allowed.  Must be present to enter.  All entries should be original entries
and not entered prior to this event.  Each person or team may submit one
entry per category.    Entries will be judged using standard Atlantian
Judging form but substituting “Use of wings and/or War theme” for “Judge’s
Choice.”  (Determination of War Point: Barony with most Total Judging
Points. First Place Prizes will also be awarded in each category.)
