If I may interrupt the Current Middle Ages with an announcement of public
health concern for all gentles. The time of colds, flu, and other
airborne-spread diseases is here.  Many of us have been taught that we are
to cough and sneeze into our hands or into a tissue.  You know, "Cover your
Cough."

I have here an educational video demonstrating a new way that the Centers
For Disease Control would like for people to learn how to more effectively
cover their coughs and sneezes to prevent the spread of disease.  It is
suitable for all ages.
