[MR] Important Information for TRM's Crown Tourney

Greetings, from the Event Steward for Fall Crown
Tourney!

>From our Reservationist:  Pre-reservations are coming
in (Thank you!) and feast spots are going quickly!  If
you are planning on staying for feast, send your
reservations in!  The deadline for reservations is
next Wednesday, November 1st.  Also, those
reservations coming from the far reaches of our great
Kingdom are taking a few more days to arrive than
those closer to central Virginia; please plan
accordingly.

The site will open at 9am and close at 9pm.  Because
of the short time that we are on site, please consider
volunteering, especially in the evening hours so that
everyone can enjoy the rest of their evening and their
houseguests.  Also, just a reminder that the site is a
public high school; drugs and alcohol are not
permitted on site.

Field space is currently spoken for.  Limited areas
for pavillions are still available.  Those individuals
wishing to bring pavillions are urged to email Lady
Lisette la bergiere at lisettelabergiere at yahoo.com as
soon as possible so that appropriate accomodations can
be made.

Procession 11:30am
AS Judging 12-2pm
Tourney 12:30pm
AS Hall Closes 4pm
Court 4pm
Feast 6pm
Site Closes 9pm

The menu for feast is as follows:
Bread & Butter
 
Greek Chicken
Dolmathes
Olives
Feta Cheese
 
Roast Beef
Savory Toasted Cheese
Herbed Pasta
 
Loukoumathes (honey puffs)


There will also be a Silent Auction to benefit the
Kingdom Travel Fund.  Please stop by the Auction! 
After all, the holidays are just around the corner!

The Canton of Rivers Point will be offering a lunch
for $5.00 per person near the List Field for those not
wishing to leave site during the day.  They will be
offering Blanchmange (chicken and rice), bread, 
cheese, an additional side, and a drink.
