i have finished the actual hard copy elbow and aventail petitions along with
sir osgkar of the woods.  they are on line and can be downloaded for actual
signatures.  please take a second and read the page and then download,
print, and distribute them at your local meetings, events, practices,
wherever.  thank you for your support.  i will have copies at war of the
