[MR] Crown Tournament LOI deadline

Unto the populace of Atlantia does King Ragnarr send greetings.

Her Majesty and I have decided to push back the deadline for letters for Our Crown Tournament until the 31st day of October.  We sent out invitations to Our tournament later then We had intended and want to make sure that all who wish to fight get a chance to put in a letter.  We will be publishing the list after the deadline.
