[MR] Heraldic Consultation Table Will Be Present at Kingdom Crusades

As many of you know already, Mistress Gwenllian, previously scheduled to run
the heraldic consultation table at Kingdom Crusades, was compelled to cancel
the consultation table this afternoon due to ill health.

I am glad to report that Robin Gallowglass Codex Herald, who hails from the
Barony of Bhakail in the East, has offered to step in and pick up the baton.
We've already made sure that he has the new Atlantian forms and everything
else necessary to allow him to accept Atlantian submissions as well as
Eastern submissions this weekend.

I would ask any heralds who were planning to assist Gwenllian to find Robin
and lend him a hand.  I'm looking forward to seeing a fine crop of
submissions from Crusades similar to that we saw two years ago.
