[MR] Weather Conditions At and On the Way to Kingdom Crusades

Does anyone have first-hand information on the conditions between central Atlantia and the Kingdom Crusades site, and at the site itself?  
 
I've seen that there is heavy rain on I-95, which is not that deterring to me; but despite the old tradition of rain at Crusades, I MIGHT be deterred by conditions that are TOO extreme. I've learned that some who originally planned to go are cancelling.
