[MR] WOWI Snack Stand to Benefit Susan G. Komen Foundation

As you know we will be having a snack stand at WOWI on Friday night.  All
proceeds from this sale will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast
Cancer Research.  Many have asked what they can donate as far as foodstuffs,
so I have compiled a list of items needed to post far and wide.   If you or
anyone else you know can help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated,
so please feel free to post to group lists.  Remember all proceeds go to
help the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Research.     

The proposed menu at this time is:
Vegetarian stew and Meat Stew
Baked goods
Bread
Fruit
Hot Chocolate, Tea, and Coffee


We could use any of the following items as donations:
Baked goods (pies, cakes, bread, etc)
Fruit
Instant cocoa mix
Coffee
Tea (individual bag kind)
$$ or stew ingredients (which I would need delivered to me by October 13th -
lentils, green beans, carrots, onions, garlic and ham)  I am providing the
rest of the ingredients)

I could also use volunteers that night willing to help out at the stand.
If all goes well we will be open for business around 8:00 p.m. and will be
open until we run out of food or 1-2 a.m., whichever comes first.
